We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for 15+ years and due to a cloudy day decided to rent a car and explore the coastal towns of Sayulita and San Pancho. Sayulita is a vibrant town with a ton of interesting restaurants and narrow roads. If you are driving, parking is tough to find and it appears most people must have walked in and out. The beach is full of fishing boats and surf boards, making it not only a surf beach but also a working beach area. It was later in the day and no one was surfing, but I am sure the mornings are fun to watch the action in the water if you are like me and don’t surf. We are looking forward to renting a place in this area in a future visit to check out the fun vibes of both towns.
